A classic and very aesthetic combination specimen from the famous Wessels Mine of intergrown acicular kutnohorite crystals. The manganoan calcite forms dense clusters throughout, creating a nice contrast with the pointed sections of kutnohorite. The calcite fluoresces a brilliant hot pink under longwave UV light. A striking combination specimen, which includes this uncommon carbonate mineral.
