Xonotlite in Selenite with Inesite

An incredible specimen featuring a 1.3 cm perfect xonotlite preserved inside water clear selenite that overlaid it during growth. Two minor xonotlite balls are preserved on the other side, and some xonotlite is exposed on the outside. A large, radial spray of salmon red and lustrous inesite adds a pop of colorful contrast. Specimens like this are virtually impossible to find on the market!
