Namibia’s long closed Tsumeb mine is famous for its superb smithsonite specimens, which are often considered the world’s best, occurring in every color variation. This is a fine example of the prized cobaltoan variety, with a lush pink color and wonderful silky lustre. A real classic from an old collection.
